CFC Industrial Training provides direct industry and/or machine-specific instructor-led training to any industry that utilizes hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, automation, and advanced systems. On-site training can be conducted within the plant or at any location that works best for your organization. We have taken our hydraulic trainers 1,000 feet underground to conduct in-plant training! Alternatively, we offer courses at our Bill Gower Lecture Hall in Charlotte, North Carolina and at our Cincinnati, Ohio location. Night classes, 3rd shift, weekend, half-day weekday classes, are all options provided to meet the needs of your workforce. We also offer Live Online and eLearning solutions.​

Our curricula consist of hands-on training and multimedia presentations including video, animation/3D components, and classroom instruction with take-home textbooks and reference materials. Most of our training equipment is proprietary and built in-house for our custom lab exercises and simulation of systems and troubleshooting scenarios. Real-world components, unique tool kits, and other peripherals make concepts tactile and tangible. Our powerful Smart Manuals can document your system for enhanced on-the-job training and provide an all-in-one post-training machine reference.​
