Our associates have years of field experience in dealing with tight timelines, limited production down time and high priority jobs.

Our field service associates all have a minimum OSHA10 certifications along with Tappisafe, Mid-Atlantic safety counsel, and ISNetworld to name a few. We are also background and drug tested to work with customers that handle federal government contracts.

Hydraulic Unit Installations

Removal and Install (Rigging is subcontracted and supervised)
Interconnecting plumbing and electrical controls
Mount and assemble valves and remove manifolds
Mount and charge accumulators
Fluid servicing, fill, and filtration
Start up and commissioning

Field Piping

Onsite hose fabrication (1/4″ to 1-1/2″, up to 6000PSI)
Onsite custom tube fabrication (1/4″ to 2″, carbon or stainless, standard or metric)
Onsite welded and threaded pipe (1/2″ to 6″, Sch40 to XXH, carbon or stainless, butt or socket weld)
