Associate Development Program
Are you a recent college graduate? Are you interested in making a difference in the world utilizing engineering as the means to provide innovative solutions? Do you want to play a role in the successful future of U.S. manufacturing?
The Livingston & Haven Associate Development Program (ADP) was created for candidates looking to make a difference, who demonstrate our cultural values, and have a desire to learn about technologies that are continually redefining the world in which we live. The program has a start date in June each year. Accepted participants go through a 6-month training program where they are given the opportunity to work throughout the organization. During this time ADP participants are given feedback regarding their progress and have regular conversations about how they see their degrees intersect with real-world experience. Following the 6-month program, candidates have the opportunity to discuss if a role within Livingston & Haven is the right fit for them.
